Hakomi Life Coach
Discover who you want to
be.
Discover yourself in
right relationship.
Discover your successful and satisfying
life.
No one can do this for you, but a Hakomi Life Coach can give you the support and
resources
you need to arrive at these and other important discoveries.
My approach is not to tell you what to do,
but to help you discover at a core and somatic level what you need and what your
direction is.
I won't give you motivational talks. I'll help
you find your own deep motivation—and how to tap into that
powerful energy source.
I won’t tell you how to be in right
relationship. I will help you bring awareness to how you are in
relationship now-- and help you discover how you want to
be in relationship in the future.
I don’t presume to know what satisfies
you. I’ll help you explore your own satisfaction—and develop
your own path to more of it.
How do I do this? First, I meet with you
in person, bringing to our meeting mindfulness, confidentiality,
respect and curiosity--so I can discover who you are.
Then, I apply the Hakomi Method and
other cutting-edge somatic and mindfulness tools that bring awareness to processes like deep longings,
beliefs, and habits that are with you in the present
moment.
This is not a form of therapy or counseling.
It is
a body-centered form of life coaching based upon the Hakomi
Method.
Once you are more fully aware of these
processes, you will have the clarity you need to know better who
you are, what your direction is, how you want to be in
relationship and what your satisfying life truly is. This
will make it easier to make decisions and act in a way that will
bring more success, happiness (and less suffering) to you and your loved ones.
The goal of the Hakomi Life Coach
is to assist you in discovering your authentic self and in working on key issues, the ones that have
been holding you back, to maximize the day-to-day satisfaction
you feel in living a meaningful, successful, and sustainable life.
